Default Torn Ear Piercing - Advice please

Right, today some dickface decided it was sensible to shove the nozzle of a vacuum cleaner in my face, whilst the vacuum was on, and sucked up my earlobe into the nozzle. Being the twat he is, he just sat there not knowing what to do, my lobe still caught in the vacuum, and it wasn't until everyone shouted at him to turn it off that he actually did something.

My piercing has been torn, downwards, something between 1mm and 2mm. It bled quite a lot at the time, and it is now feeling quite sore and swollen (not that i didn't expect that, but i also didn't expect to have my ear sucked up a hoover). It's been done since December, and has really only recently been properly healed up. I realise that I'm probably gonna have to care for it now like a fresh piercing again, saline solution and whatnot, but is there anything else anyone suggests I do aswel? Spike, would it really be similar treatment to that for overstretched/torn piercings?

As you can probably guess, I'm not a happy chappy at the mo. Any suggestions and/or advice would be appreciated. Cheers.
Piercings: Left lobe 12mm, right lobe 2mm, lower side lip 1.6mm, right nostril 1.2mm.

if its stretched it might be worth downsizing and restretching.. as this will rebuild the tissue around the hole. Otherwise id say do what youve already said.

Yeah all you can do is be really carefull with it try not to sleep on it and keep your fingers off unless you have washed your hands. Just keep it clean and let your body heal is all you can really do. Vitamin e helps your skin to heal so might be worth using a vitamin E based oil or cream on it for a bit.
