    Naughty Yv!
Have to admit that I did see it too but decided to be grown up about it and read it in context although Mrs T was being naughty too.

Ahem. Oh damn, I see what I wrote there! Haven’t bothered to change it as it’s quite funny now.

Just to smooth over my embarrassment for losing any ability to express myself, my back and legs (and nothing else!!!) were feeling a bit stiff lying on that floor all that time....!

That's great Mat! You clearly did a good job and the artists obviously appreciated your time. Well done!

    Only just read this thread.

Well done Mat!! I love how you were nervous but are now pleased to be asked back.

It's made me think about it and it would be such a great thing to do. So empowering.

Thanks Miss Fi. Yep I was very nervous in the hours that led up to my first stint as a life model. Before I think I was nervously excited, if that makes sense. Sometimes I wondered if I had gone completely mad, taking all my clothes off and standing, sitting and lying down in front of a group of people seeing everything.

Now I believe I really can do it! I think the tutor may have made it easier for me as I’ve been looking at some of the art produced in other sessions with different models but I reckon I can do it, with a bit more practice. The only hesitation is being able to pose in a particular way without it becoming painful. I’ve practiced a bit and I have a fair idea of what I can and can’t do.

Yes ‘empowering’ is a good word for it. When I drove home afterwards, I felt so good and a had a lovely sense of achievement. I think I was grinning through having pulled it off - yes me!

Miss Fi, I was talking to a tutor today about life drawing. She said female models are in higher demand than men, so food for thought.
