    Default Re piercing nipple

Hey! I had my right nipple pierced about 3 years ago. I had to retire it a few months ago as I had to take it out for surgery and was unable to get it back in *sob*. I want to have it redone along woth my left nipple.
My question is..is it more painful/difficult to re pierce as it's going through scar tissue?

From personal experience it will be uncomfortable getting it pierced a second time, however not unmanageabley so.

Some say yes, some say no, some say less. A skilled piercer shouldn't have any real issue with it as long as there's no significant amount of scar tissue existing.
