Default Dry skin near piercing, what can I use to moisturise?

I got my left nipple pierced three weeks ago. Healing is going great. I'm just washing it with Carex using fresh water, as instructed by my piercer, and apart from that just Leaving It The Hell Alone. I usually wash it once a day, sometimes I'll leave it two if I'm too lazy for a bath.
I'm pleased with the progress so far, it's no trouble and doesn't hurt.
I've been avoiding putting my usual moisturiser anywhere near the piercing to avoid upsetting it. I think my boob is feeling a bit neglected though lol, my skin is quite dry on the left one. Is there anything I could use for moisturisation which is safe near piercings?
I should add the dry skin isn't directly near the piercing, I reckon its caused by a lack of moisturiser on my boobie rather than the piercing itself.
