    Many Thanks for your help and advice Hazel. That has helped a lot as I didn't get much help. As you could guess! I had an idea it would be much more than to simply "sit out in the sun". You must have felt so ill with your lack of Vitamin D. I am only 48 in the scale and that was really bad enough. My feet hurt so much I could hardly walk! I had to go to the Pharmacy for advice on Vitamins as I am not severe to have been given tablets. I was advised on a spray and use that everyday.

    I don't blame you going away on holiday to get some decent sun. I still avoid it as I am too sensitive around it. I am glad you found out you had a problem. x

    Left side - Ear Lobes 1,2,3 Daith, Helix, Rook, Lower Conch and Double Tragus.

    Right side -Ear Lobes 1,2,3 Daith, "Paw" print piercing on the flat of my ear, Tragus, Nostril, Helix and Eyebrow.

    Retired - Right Eyebrow but, re-pierced next to the retired one.

    Quite a few Tattoo's.

    I didn't get much advice either but I always do my own research. 48 would be lovely haha! 50 is often seen as ok by most GPs here but I reckon 70 is a better number.

    I like my spray as well, saves having to take more tablets on top of the silly amount I already take ^_^
    Piercings: 6 lobes, 2 12mm stretched lobes, 4 helices, 3 tragus, daith, 2 nostril, 2.4mm VCH, 2.4mm daith
    Modifications: 5mm septum punch,
    coinslot ear cartilage removal
    Cosmetic Modifications: Scar removal x4, semi permanent eyebrows, semi permanent eyeliner, lip dermal filler
    Retired Piercings: 3 nipple, tongue, 4 philtrum, 4 eyebrow, 2 outer labia, VCH, 1 lobe, rook, nostril, 3 nape MDs, 2 wrist MDs, septum, 3 upper conch, conch, 5 helices
    Tattoos: 86 hours

    Lol... being 48 is bad enough for me! Hoping to one day get to 70. Yes, I was glad of the spray as I am on too many tablets. - I could open my own Pharmacy up.
