    Exclamation I need help! Sos

I found this under my nipple barbell where it usually rests. It’s not painful but it’s itchy and looks like a scab. I’m not sure if it’s a scab or an infection or how to treat it. It look white in the middle and around it, it looks like dried skin. No funky colored pus coming out either, just whitish color but I’ve gotten that since I got my piercing almost a year and half ago. Please help, what should I do?

Go see a piercer and/or medical professional asap. Also what material is the jewellery you have in? It looks plastic!
