Default My nose is driving me nuts!

I got my nose pierced at the beginning of March, and have run into a few problems. About 6 weeks in I changed it to a ring, which originally was fine, but now I have the dreaded bump on both the inside and the outside of the piercing. I was doing regular sss and chamomile compresses, but not much was working. I am pretty sure it is a Granuloma, as it looks a bit like raw meat and doesnít particularly hurt. Due to the lack of progress, I decided to change back to a nose screw (titanium) and put it in with no problems- until I tried to tuck the long end into my nose and the ball disappeared into my nose! Have managed to retrieve it, and it is a bit sore and angry but I think it will help it to settle down. Has anyone got any advice for a stubborn bump, and should I be worried about the sinking? I donít particularly want to take it out, but I do just want it to clear up. Thanks in advice!
