    Default Piercing bump question.

I got another conch piercing back in late September. I have this bump that I can feel "inside" the piercing. It can be seen externally on the back. It's sore but doesn't hurt. I have crusty and some clear liquid when cleaning. It doesn't look or feel infected. When lightly squeezed clear liquid comes out. Only bleeds when I squeeze it really hard. I just leave it alone most of the time. But I just wanted to make sure this is normal and I'm not crazy cause I've thought about taking it out since it's being a "pain" to take care of.
