    Default When to downsize helix

So my double helix is about two and a half months old. The bottom one has a white lump next to it, not painful. They’re both quite crusty as well at the moment.

The bars are quite long so they move around a lot, I’m wondering if I can go to my piercer to change them to shorter bars and if this will help get rid of the lump.

    Thanks.
