Thread: Spacing issues, should i repierce?

Default Spacing issues, should i repierce?

Hi, so I got one third lobe piercing yesterday and I'm starting to question the placement. Originally i planned to get the same distance apart as my first and second piercing, but the piercer asked if i wanted it slightly higher in the dip where the cartilage starts instead. I thought at the time screw it why not that would look cute but now I'm not sure if it looks odd as the gap between the second and third is larger than between the first and second.
Does it look odd to you? should i take it out and get it repierced closer to the second or am i overthinking this lol?

It does look out of place if you're going for the uniform look. If you are really bothered by it I suggest you to take it out and repierce it closer to your other lobes. If it was me I would take it out too

    Current Stabbings:

    4x lobes
    3x helix
    septum

    Future Stabbings:
    daith (L)
    rook (R)
    2x helix

    tongue

    Retired:
    2x lobes

It will probably only bother you, or if someone is up close and decides to judge your ear hole placement. If it really bugs you, get it redone, but if you're worried about the placement to others and perceptions, keep it.
    Current:
Both Ears - 3 sets of lobes, daith 16g, tragus 18g
Left Ear - Triple forward helix 18g (done 7/22/17, healing), conch 16g (done 8/18/17, healing), helix 18g (done 10/1/17, healing)
Right Ear - Industrial 14g (done 7/3/17, healing), faux snug 18g (conch + helix, done 8/21/17, healing), rook 18g (done 10/1/17, healing)
Face - Right nostril 18g, septum 16g (done 9/26/17, healing)

    Wish List:
    Left Rook
    Floating navel

    Retired:
    Navel 2x

I can see why the piercer suggested that spot, the earring looks nice there. But it is farther from the other two, and honestly I think it would bother me as well. But I doubt anyone except yourself will notice! So do whatever makes you happy with it.

I think it looks fine but if you dont like it then do what you have to do. My lobe piercings look like that. But I just plan of getting the empty space filled with another lobe piercing.
Left ear: 3 Lobe piercings, Auricle, Helix, Conch, Forward Helix and Vertical Industrial
Right ear: 3 Lobe piercings, Auricle, Helix, Conch x2 and Forward helix
Facial: Left nostril, Right nostril Septum, and Philtrum
Want: 4th Lobe, 2nd Foreward Helix and Anti-Tragus
Retired: Naval x2, Right Nostril, Anti-Tragus, Inverse Vertical Labret and multiple lobe/Auricle piercings
Tattoos: None but I want some.
