Stomach tattoo of calle Lily placement advice

Opinions please.
Ive been planning on getting my 1st tattoo for a long but due to changes in health had to postpone. Turning 40 next month & hope to get it done for my birthday.
Would love opinion on how a calle Lily with a blue butterfly on my lower stomach hip area would look. Debating on whether to put them together or get separately on each hip area. Also how sore is this area to Tattoo? I'm size 18 will this affect tattoo placement & pain???

Placement needs to ideally be discussed with your artist who can assess your anatomy and your skin. Stomachs can be pretty tender but depends on many factors such as the artist, the design of the tattoo, the size of the tattoo, your tolerance of pain etc.
