Default Forward helix & daith bump

At the beginning of June I got my left faith & left forward helix pierced.
They haven't yet healed and have both got bumps / hypertrophic scarring on, but nothing I try is working to reduce the size of the bump. (I had one on my tragus when I got that done but it went in a week by just using a sea salt solution I made).

ive tried the sea salt solution, tea tree oil, soaks, leaving them alone and nothing is helping which is really annoying as I've already had to get rid of an upper helix last year after the bump didn't disappear for 2 years.

Does anybody have a method that's worked multiple times / has a high success rate because everything I've seen on google doesn't help.

I've also tried the sea salt paste technique which didn't work.

My daith is just a bit older than yours and got super angry last week after getting bumped. It got bumps on both sides. After a few days of chamomile tea compresses it's much better.

What works for one person may not work for another and often times there is no quick fix to the bumps. Hot compresses help many.

If the bump is due to the jewelry being too tight, will there be swelling and pain, too? I have a bump on each helix piercing and I worry the jewelry is too snug. No pain or swelling, though.
