    Default Excercise & Nipple Piercings

Hi! I just got my nipple pierced yesterday. Was wondering if anyone had any advice for working out with the new piercing. My job is fitness based so i do workout a lot. No running or anything heavy impact on my chest, more weight lifting etc. I bought a rinse spray from my piercer, he told me to use it to clean after working out along with the 2 sea salt soaks a day. Is this enough to clean it? Can sweat affect a piercing? I worked out today lightly and didn't feel any pain. He told me just to do what feels right, if it hurts stop, etc. Does anyone have any advice for working out with new piercings? Thanks guys!
