Tragus pimple bump

I got a Tragus piercing about 2 months ago. First few weeks seemed to be fine and then slowly a really red pimple started appearing directly onto the pierced hole due to irritation. As of now it's gotten really big and really noticeable and I've been doing SSS once a day and im not sure if thats too little? I asked my piercer and he suggested to use tea tree oil so I did for a couple days and it seemed to go lighter in colour but the size stayed the same. I've also read that tea tree oil is really harsh so now I'm just sticking to SSS and so far, there will be yellow stuff coming out from the back but rarely.
I did get it with a hoop ring, not sure if I should change it to a stud instead.

Any suggestions on what I should do :c

A ring can cause irritation that causes bumps. I suggest finding a better piercer and getting them to have a look and fit you with a bar.

Any essential oil is harsh if used straight without diluting it in a solution (such as your SSS)

I agree with what Hazel said, find a reputable piercer and get your hoop changed to a bar.
