    Default Sinking nose piercings

Hi, so I got high nostril piercings on Wednesday (4 days ago) and they've both sunken into my nose. Is this due to swelling? I've had my lower nostrils done but never experienced this problem with either of them. What can I do to prevent this?

High nostril piercings will swell up much more than the standard nose piercings. If the jewellery is sinking in then go to the piercer asap to get long bar in because most likely the ones you have are too short. What type of jewellery are they? Labrets, nose screws or l-bends?

Go to your piercer before it's too late! They might replace your screw for a longer one to allow the swelling to take place without the jewelry sinking.

You would need a longer post. Otherwise skin grows around it and it becomes embedded
