    Default Nose piercing too small??

I had my nose pierced 5 month ago, had to change it 2 months in due to problem with stud! Now when I try to change stud again, it's uncomfortable and hole feels too small to get the stud bend through so I give it up as a bad job! Any advice on why it hurts?

Probably because it is still healing. It was a good 18 months before I could change an L shaped stud without discomfort. Getting the bend through can be uncomfortable/painful.

I've had mine done for about a month and a half and if i don't get the angle of the L shaped a certain way it hurts. Have you tried using a smaller gauge in the jewelry? Mine was pierced as a 16g but I wear 18g jewelry.

i wasn't sure what gauge mine was at first either. i just had some 16g jewelry I use for my ears and tried to see if it fit into my nose. It fit. You can ask the piercer. I think but I'm not sure that 16g is the general size the use. But i could be wrong.

She changed the post. Before she practically wrote that she couldn't put the jewellery in so she gave up and left it. There were no questions at all so I comment that the topic should be in the piercing experiences and diary section.
