Unhappy Granuloma burst - should I replace jewellery?

So I had my helix pierced with this titanium BCR in late January and it was healing relatively fine until the past month or so where I have had a build up of this granuloma on both sides (more so on the back). Anyway, recently I've been waking up to blood on my pillow from where it's burst, and I've been doing daily chamomile soaks and sss soaks but it has not subsided. I know that BCRs are not very good for healing, would replacing the BCR help? I was on accutane (isotretinoin) back in 2011 and I feel this may have led me being more prone to the 'bump'.

I've attached some images in the links and would love to have your opinions (p.s. it's not normally red, it's just because I had to move my ear to take the photo).

Apologies for the size of the images, I don't know how to make them smaller as I'm quite new to the forum.
Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!
