    Default My first tattoo!

So, let me start by admitting that I am an absolutely huge Harry Potter fan. Like, an intense HP fan ever since I first read the books at the age of nine. I always imagined that my first tattoo would be a Harry Potter tattoo because the series honestly means so much to me.
I was 21 on Friday and as part of my gifts, my big sister surprised me with an appointment at a tattoo parlour to have the tattoo I'd been lusting over for a good few years! The pain was intense but not bad enough for me never to have another tattoo. It was quite relaxing in the end.

here's a picture of it about 20 mins after -

For those who aren't familiar, it's the Deathly Hallows symbol that symbolises the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone and the Invisibility Cloak. Harry used them all at some point to beat old Voldy!

So yeah, that's my first tattoo! It was done on Friday and the artist recommended applying lots of Bepanthen so that's what I've been doing. I love it so much!!
look at the wonderful mess that we made.

Well done! Also be careful not to apply "lots" of bepanthen, use it sparingly.

Your deathly hollows symbol turned out great!!! Definitely want to keep it moisturized but its normal for it to peel a little bit, just try your best not to scratch it! Also long term make sure you keep sunscreen on it anytime it's going to be exposed to direct sunlight.
