Default Double Navel Piercing - does this look alright?

    Hi guys,
I had my navel re-done 3 months ago as the one I had before was pierced too shallow and was slowly rejecting.

I really liked the look of inverse navel from the pictures, so i decided to get it done today. Apparently when he was marking me up he mentioned due to my anatomy it will not be at all symmetrical to the one i currently have, and that i can only change the jewellery once it is fully healed (in a years time) to be the same as my top navel.

I have been staring at my piercing since I got home and was assured it looks wonky.

How does it look to you?

current - 4x lobes, standard navel & inverse navel
Ink - lotus flower & hand of fatima on upper back, unalome behind left ear, live in the moment script inner right arm, bauhinia flower dotwork on right wrist, capricorn & snake zodiac signs on left wrist, patience is beautiful in arabic on left inner elbow, wanderlust on right side feet, what goes around comes back around back of right thigh, tibetan script on left ribs

I think it's perfectly placed and the inverse looks fantastic. Who is the piercer?

Oh does it? I think I will need some time to get used to! I was placed with a small opal jewel for the bottom as the bigger it is it will get caught easily.

Hopefully when the swelling settles down it will look better?

The piercer is Eric Ragetheinsane at Blackline Tattoo in Brixton, London!

It looks beautiful! I'm jealous because I'm not suited to an inverse!

I think it looks really good! I'd love to have something like this, it's a shame Blue Banana (I know, I know, I was 16) left me scarred for life and took a chunk out of my navel, making it unpierceable.

    I think it looks great!

I had the same issue when I gad a double navel though. Id had my inverse navel done for a couple of years when I got the top done and felt it was off.

I kept it for a while but found it migrated and ended up very wonky anyway and removed it.
    Current:
8mm lobe, 1.2mm lobes x4, helix x3, rook x3, inverse navel, tragus, anti-tragus, conch, diagonal nipples x2, septum, double nostrils.

Retired: Forward helix x2, helix, standard navel, Madison MD x3

I think it looks just fine, I LOVE the colors too! If it looks a little wonky in your eyes, make sure you are standing up straight! NO sitting in those hips, as that can make your brain think they are crooked when they arent! Besides, if it was the most perfect piercing in the world, it wouldn't be unique to you, if everyone had absolutely perfect peircings then what's the fun in that? I like to see variety and remember someone because they are different, not the same.
    LEFT EAR-
    Helix 16G
    Conch 14G

    RIGHT EAR-
    2 Helix 16G
    Tragus 16G

    It looks great!
I was a little paranoid that my top navel didn't line up with my inverse when I first had it pierced, but after the swelling had gone down it looked much better.
    Ears:

-Right Rook, Right Helix, Right Tragus, 2 x lobe in each ear.

    - Navel x 2, Nipple, Tongue, Septum
