    Default Question about Nipple Piercings!

I was planning on treating myself to a pair of nipple piercings for my birthday, however, I was planning on going out the night after.
So, I was wondering whether that would be a bad idea to drink alcohol a day after getting a piercing?

Any advice would be greatly appriciated! Thanks!

I drank immediately after to ease the throbbing lol. Not saying this is good advice, just wanted to add that I didn't bleed AT ALL during the piercing or after imbibing. Good luck! You will love them

The two bad things about alcohol are:
    1. it thins the blood, so protecting them with your life is a good idea just to not cause excess trauma and delay healing,
    2. it's dehydrating and your body heals better when you're well hydrated. But then staying hydrated helps prevent hangovers too so you're probably drinking lots of water anyway

Good luck and enjoy your birthday!

Hi, my main concern would be not to catch or knock them, if you are out & drunken people knock into you it will hurt ! I had both mine done at the same time & I can say they were the most painful piercings I have had, bled quite a bit too. We are all different, hopefully you will be okay !

Do you think it would be a good idea to put something between the peircing and my bra to just give it a little bit more security? Or just let it breathe?
    Thank you everyone!!
