I got my septum pierced today & overall it was a positive experience, apart from the clamp which was quite uncomfortable the actual piercing was a breeze. However on putting the bar in my piercer realised that my septum was very thin & was concerned about it ripping so it was taken back out. He didn't charge me.

He is my usual piercer. He didn't express concerns about my septum prior to piercing it. He has said it could be re-pierced behind the scar tissue at a later date if I choose. Has anyone had a similar experience & what was the outcome?
