Default Forward helix being a problem :(

Right, I got it pierced 3 months ago with a curved titanium barbel. Unfortunately after approx 1 month I had to switch it to a bioflex labret. Didn't want to, but didn't have much choice at the time. Since then a bump has formed around the hole and it bleeds. Now the question is, do I keep the current jewellery in and hope it settles or put the original bar back in?
Just want to help it heal!

What's the end made from? Does the end sit flush or is there a gap between it and the labret bar? Is it too long?

Its all bioflex with a gem at the end. I've wondered if length is part of the problem. It doesn't sit flush, it sticks out. I'm thinking it needs a 4mm bar in there. But like I say I wasn't sure if switching it is going to make it worse? Thanks

From the pic its like the end is sunken into the piercing? But you say there is room on the bar?? I'd make sure the end is kept away from the piercing, so push it forward and leave it if possible. Just salt soak it when you need to, its annoyed from the jewellery change
