Mine didn't bleed, but I found Ice'd water soaks to really help bring the swelling down. You'l wanna wait till it's clotted so it doesn't make it bleed tons more, but Ice is great for swollen bits.

I wouldn't use that piercer again if they're happily putting an acrylic ball on the end of a piercing that's less than a week old. Terrible.

Also I didn't think Titanium could be black unless it was coated with something. You might wanna keep an eye on that too.

Thank you to everyone who has replied and helped me out with this! x

By the way, how do I do the ice'd water soaks? Normally I hate ice, but if it helps, I might as well try it.

Pain has gone down since I changed from acrylic back to titanium. and I've used this kind of coated titanium before (tongue web, and nipple piercings) and they've healed well enough.

If it's PVD coated ie-Blackline then it's fine for initial piercings.

Honestly I'd just leave it alone but that's me, the more I do to my piercings the more pi**ed off they get. Bodies have a great way of healing themselves.

Oh yeah blackline..! And there's Niobium I guess if you want black. Forgot both of those haha. Anyway I'd leave it alone too, the swelling will go Just let it settle.

Woke up like an hour ago and I can say that all the swelling is still there, but I feel nearly no pain at all.
I think since changing from the acrylic ball everything's going fine.

Yeah the swelling may persist for a very long time yet. It's part of the healing process.
