    Default Swollen Anti Tragus

So i got my anti tragus pierced last Saturday so i know it's normal for it to be swollen and bruised but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get the swelling to go down? There's about 1mm left on the bar when there was about 7mm-1cm when i got it done and i'm in italy so there's no way that i can get the bar changed D: help please?
