Default Frenum piercing. How to go up a size?

Hi, I've had my frenum done about 2 years now and I have a 14ga in there. I took it out for the first time yesterday and put it back in which was fun for me as I have no other piercings! A lot of shops sell 12ga, do you think I could just put the bigger size in?

Use an insertion pin. If there's any resistance, stop.
what's a few seconds of pain for a lifetime of shiny?

    Both lobes 1/2", 5mm, 1.6mm
Left rook & 5mm helix punch
Right helix x2 & forward helix

i just got my ladder last week and he went straight to a 12. so as far as size, it doesn't feel uncomfortable or painful at all. i don't see any issues in you stretching yours to this size if you want.
