    Default smiley

Hey all, well been a year and half since my last piercing ( dimples) and I'm getting itch again! Well been looking into smileys so I have some questions. I understand it is a high prone piercing for rejection but does it always reject or do some actual keep? As well as I don't want be super noticeable jušt when I more so choose show off so would so is it posssible get small enough cbr make it more hidden as well as stay off my teeth to reduce damage ? And lastly would my medusa cause problem? Thanks all

I had mine about 2 years before I got punched in the mouth, aye its not noticeable unless you smile, medusa could be a problem I'd imagine

Most of what you're asking is dependant on your anatomy so only a piercer who can assess you in person can give you a definitive answer.

In terms of whether smiley piercings can last, someone I know had theirs for nine years then one day it just fell out. Another friend only had theirs for two months before it grew out. Completely dependant on the person, so best bet would be to go to a good piercer

    Hi,

Mine must be a year old now, no signs of rejection yet, although I think one side is slightly lower than the other after I bashed my face one day.
I got mine pierced with a 6mm ring and it didn't show unless I really smiled but as Hazel says, anatomy dependant.
Day to day I now wear a bar in it and only swap for a ring when I am going out and want to show it off. I'm not sure it would have lasted with a 10mm ring in it all the time. I'm planning a medusa myself, with me it would sit nicely in the centre of my smiley when I wear a ring but again, this is anatomy dependant and also dependant on the size of the ring.
Got: double snakebites|central lip|labret|1.6mm and 5mm tongue|philtrum|angel bites|smiley|septum|3 pairs nostrils|3 pairs eyebrows|bridge|15 & 16 (l&r) lobe/cartilage, rook, 2x tragus, 3x forward helix, conch (both ears symmetrical)|3x navel (74 holes in total)Want: Everything, slowly building up my piercings over time.Next up: venoms; maybe something genital
