Mine were all on a shelf but I ran out of room. So they are now in 3 boxes that my mum got me to put them in.

I managed to find a really nice Rimmel colour in the pound shop the other day. It's called Night Before and is a dark purple with sort of a goldy bronze shimmer. Got it on now but it's one of those 1 second application ones with a big thick brush and I've made a bit of a mess. I prefer thinner brushes.

I store mine in some (9) MUJI drawers, but I have an uber collection so maybe a little bit OTT.. I used to just store them on my dressing table, but they do gather dust quickly!

DON'T put nail polish remover in your old polish, it just makes it even grosser.. Thinners, such as Seche restore add back in the lost elements from polish, I think everyone should have a decent polish thinner in your stash, even if you just don't like the consistency of a new polish you can make it more to suit your fancy =)

I tried the No 17 magnetic polishes when they first came out. They brought them out around the same time as Nails Inc but I didn't want to pay 11+ so I went for the cheaper option. I didn't like it. I don't know if it was the colour of the polish because it wasn't opaque enough for the magnetism to work or just the effect itself. I find it amazing that there are so many around now and I don't see the fuss at all=/

The one I used is the dark blue 17 one and it seemed opaque enough. Did find the magnet effect was pretty inconsistent though. Probably won't bother buying any cos I reckon I'll be bored of it pretty quick but I found it at my friends house and thought I'd try it out haha

Yea, I wasted 30-some odd dollars on two Layla magnetic colours when it came out and have only worn them ~3 times? It works just fine for me but it just wasn't all that exciting, just mildly striped dark nails. Though it was super opaque at least.

I bought 2 of the Barry M Colour changing colours on sunday, havent tried them yet though.
Also got a free Missguided nail polish in Cosmo. Got the orange one. Not the best quality tbh. Im surprised they cost 5 to buy. A lot of polishes are cheaper and better quality
