    If the bar is too long then it will need to be downsized. If you don't think it's too long then just use the salt solution as mentioned in the link I posted above and it should calm down.

    Thank you very much Redraven. I hope some salt solution will be the solution (lol at two solutions(Now it's three)) to this. I don't think it is too long. It is sticking out less than half cm long. Didn't have any swelling. Are you pretty sure i can't use the ring though? I don't have a problem if it takes a little more to heal. I wont move it much either.
