    Day 2

    Woke myself up a few times through the night rolling onto it.

    no pain today at all, just if i bang it at all

    wee bit of dry blood under the ball which i think was prob when i rolled onto it

    but all is good will give it another wash in shower tonight

    I get the "cartilage crunch" every freakin time. Ugh, The first time was the worst tho because I didn't know what it was and thought something went wrong!

    Day 3

    Still got my cold so i feel shitty, think i maybe slept on it last night, its not swollen or red but a bit achy

    no blood at all and no crusties yet

    still just cleaning it in the shower every day when i am in and then leaving it alone

    once it starts to crust a bit i will then do morming and night

    I got that with my anti tragus and my tragus. Made me shudder -_-
