Don't think I could be vegan. I like sandwiches too much. There aren't many good vegan sandwich fillings.

... and I'm just sitting here eating Maoam.

eep! but I live on sandwiches and I eat vegan most of the time :P

The bread/bun is very important (ones with loads of seeds mmm), then hummus/vegan mayo/mustard/bbq sauce/guacamole/salsa/other spread

all sorts of veggies! Raw or grilled or sauteed or cooked! If you want some protein in it add chickpeas, cooked green peas, lentils, beans, tofu or whetever. Veggie patties if you feel like going there. I have a favourite brand of smoked vegan cheese, it even melts perfectly if you like a grilled cheese.
Tomatoes are a must recently, and lettuce, spinach, cabbage, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant (this one you need to grill), onions, carrots (love how they crunch), mushrooms, everything you love ^^
And don't forget to sprinkle some dill or basil or other herbs in there! Oh and hot sauce :p

Sorry for throwing a bunch of ingredients at you like this haha but I just love inventing new sandwiches x)
Granted, if you don't make it yourself and get it in a shop it's not too rich and usually has cheese so it's just vegetarian (which I'm okay with too)

and this is just from the top of my head, bet you could get more ideas on google

Today I learned there is such a thing as vegan cheese and mayo. Those were my main concerns in regards to sandwhich fillings. :P

    Is there vegan bacon?
If animals weren't meant to be eaten then they wouldn't be made of food.

    Lifting big, getting bigger.

No use for an imaginary friend.

There is some sort yeah but I never tried it tbh since it's just gross, fatty, processed stuff... kinda defeats the point in my opinion since I never even liked bacon, but I guess it's good for people who really like it but can't eat it for high cholesterol/ health reasons or whatever.

I'm not vegan/vegetarian but I am lactose intolerant. Weirdly, this means I eat a lot of/have a high interest in vegan food as I find most vegetarian dishes (which I enjoy) at restaurants use cheese/dairy to make up for the meat and thus not suitable for me. =( So I tend to go for vegan options if I'm out and have a host of vegan recipes saved to my computer. Also like to buy and eat vegan cheese. It's tasty. ^_^
