Default If you were condemned to death, what would your last meal be?

This isn't so much a depressing question about death (sorry goth tendencies coming out), but I find it interesting to hear what people eat as their "last meal". I'm constantly surprised at the amount of people that request a "burger and chips", I mean wtf???

Soooo...think about it...if it was your last meal on this planet what would it be? To make it interesting:

    1. Make it a three course meal, starter, main and pudding.
    2. You can list more than one final meal if you have a reason (please state it). For instance, depending on how I'm feeling I sometimes eat nothing but vegetarian food (even though I've been an carnivore again for about 10 years now).
    3. If there is any sentimental reason for choosing certain foods mention it...just makes it a bit more entertaining!
    4. Have fun!

    Ok here goes...

    Carnivore version:

    Starter
Gravadlax (smoked salmon with a yummy sauce) - I adore smoked salmon, but Gravadlax is my fave as the sauce makes it so yummy cos its slightly sweet.

    Main
    Fillet steak - rare
    Dauphinoise potatoes
Creamed spinach (I love this combination mainly because fillet steak is so expensive its been a loooong time since I've been able to eat it!)

    Pudding
Jam rolly polly and custard (just a great old fashioned pudding that reminds me of my mum's cooking!)

    Vegetarian version:

Stuffed mushrooms (you know those huge mushrooms - they are so gorgeous stuffed with various veg and breadcrumbs and baked in the oven - yummy!)

Spinach canelloni (just one of those all time classics that I never tire of - I'm a sucker for spinach and cheese in any combination! And just in case someone is saying that cheese uses rennet - vegetarian cheese would be used here)

    Crème Brûlée
Just one of my all time fave puds!

    So...what would you eat???

I have moods and could never settle for just one! There is a chilli, sweetcorn noodle soup I make that I love (I'm veggie btw), I used to love a particular pizza chefs Mexican garlic bread, but then he moved on and nobody else could rival it... I get my grandma to make beetroot and creme cheese sandwhiches, I adore Bombay potatoes, indian curry (primarily jalfreizi and onion fried rice), and Chinese such as chow mein or vegetarian hot&sour soup... I think the only pudding I ea without fail is trifle which I cry if I don't get, but I only ever seem to get any at Christmas. And a good cuP of coffee... Ok, so I'm clearly having a three day, eighteen course marathon last meal!!!

OMG that sounds like the best excuse ever to commute a death sentence, "sorry your honour but she hadn't finished eating!"

Aww I'm sorry, I didn't mean to! But she is the only person I would want to see one last time before I am dead. And her food is just....unbelievably good.

Starter - breaded brie with caramelized onion chutney, and spinach leaves (just because I like it)

Main course - fillet steak (blue) with chips, mixed leaf salad, onion and tomatoes in olive oil/balsamic vinegar and some peppercorn sauce in a little jug (we usually have that on a Saturday evening for tea, but with cheaper steak than fillet, and it's amazing!)

Desert - crème brûlée with raspberry compote (my favourite desert ever!)

*With a nice bottle of ice cold strawberry and lime Rekorderlig
