Easiest was my side labret piercing (now retired)
Most difficult I'm gonna say is my Daith (it's only 6 months old so it's not even done)

easiest: nipple has been healing like a dream so far
hardest: conch. the never-ending bumps. Me and cartilage aren't friends, apparently.

easiest: septum (barely knew it was there)
hardest: rooks (9 months and still trying to heal the little bastards... they've calmed down for now since I got the anti-tragus)
    Piercings: Same on both ears - 8g 1st lobes, 12g 2nd lobes, 14g conches, 16g rooks, 16g anti-tragus
    16g septum
    Future plans: 14g septum

Easiest: VCH. From the moment I put my pants back on after being pierced, it was like I'd been born with it. Rinse in the shower and ignore.
Only got annoyed (itchy) after the piercer put steel in for my post-healing jewellery change.

Hardest: double helix, pierced with BCRs. They were a nightmare! Constantly getting knocked, slept on, etc etc. Utter hell. Highlights of pain include a twang from a washing line when they were 3 days old, that actually floored me! ... and an elbow at a concert when they were a few months old that gave me a nice sore bloody ear, and was probably the cause of the bumps that I didn't get rid of for a loooooooong time.
These were the piercings that made me swear I'd never get another cartilage piercing! (although I probably will now I'm a bit more educated)
what's a few seconds of pain for a lifetime of shiny?

    Both lobes 1/2", 5mm, 1.6mm
Left rook & 5mm helix punch
Right helix x2 & forward helix
    VCH, 5mm tongue

easiest - all of my piercings except one! they all healed beautifully! daith, lobes first and second, helix x2 on the right ear, one helix on the left, tragus, and navel
(navel didn't last only because of a traumatic accident where it kinda got ripped out...but it had actually healed perfectly)
hardest - snug! stupid stupid snug! ughhh!
