easiest- probably conch, it was the most painful by far but hasn't annoyed me once
hardest- 2nd lobe piercing on my left ear- it was gunned and it still hasn't healed, it's been what, a year now? Every now and then it decides to ruin my life and go all icky, but I'm reluctant to take it out as I've had my 2nd holes done twice before and I retired them, now I wanna keep them!

Easiest = conch (felt healed after 3 weeks, no problems ever)

Hardest = forward helix (Only piercing I've had which had bumps + massive swelling)
    Current: 11 earrings, 12ga navel
    Goals: more holes

easiest - tragus, left it the hell alone and it healed like a dream, didn't even hurt
hardest - toss up between my nose and my medusa, but I'll have to pick my nose cuz I was a douche and got it gunned, talk about nose bumps.
Bits of me that have been stabbed
    8mm lobes
    2nd lobes
    left rook
    right helix & tragus
    right conch
    paired nostrils
    philtrum
    nape MD
    nipples

Easiest- 2nd lobes. Got them done properly with needles and healed like a dream.
Hardest- Industrial. It FINALLY feels healed *touch wood* after about 8 months, but up until about 2 months ago I had nothing but problems with it-MAJOR bumps. It looked horrible for ages.

Easiest: Inverse navel <3 I can't believe how lucky I got with it, no pain ever and it's only migrated a small amount.
Hardest: Rook, then it would have to be my anti-tragus because that took forever to calm down. Cartilage piercings don't like me.
    Current:
8mm lobe, 1.2mm lobes x4, helix x3, rook x3, inverse navel, tragus, anti-tragus, conch, diagonal nipples x2, septum, double nostrils.

Retired: Forward helix x2, helix, standard navel, Madison MD x3
