I have never appreciated my Nana more than I have now.
I'm missing home and she's calling me everyday to check I'm fine and offering advice of how to deal with homesickness - as she moved from Ireland to England by herself when she wasn't much older than I am now. And she's also checking I'm eating properly which I appreciate, as she knows I have a tendency to skip meals and not look after myself when I'm upset. As my parents are away and I can't call them - it's nice to know that I have a relative to talk to who cares about me and can relate to my feelings.

She's sending me some biscuits and chocolate to cheer me up which is extremely sweet of her :')

also, I think a cup of Yorkshire Tea is in order :3
You sort of start thinking anything's possible if you've got enough nerve.

Why do supermarket and other shops where you buy things you dont necessarily want people to see such as Superdrug have such see through bags. Clothing shop bags arent and you cant really tell what a blob of fabric is without unfolding it.
I hate it when youre walking along and people look at what you are carrying and can see straight through it!

Have i gone mad? Im afraid so. You're entirely bonkers. But i'll tell you a secret. All the best people are.

I am completely at loss with the amount of students on my course who haven't been turning up to their lectures. You'd think after two years of never having completely full lecture theatres and ever increasing work loads that people may take their third year seriously. I just don't understand it.

Looking forward to choir tonight it will be nice to put singing to use again.
