Probably doesn't help that I stare at a computer screen all day :/ Hoping it was the one and only one I'll ever get!

Try starting a magnesium supplement. Helps to prevent them. Or taking breaks from your computer.

A headache came later but thank goodness it wasn't debilitating. It was a friend who suffers from migraines herself who suggested that's what it could be. I've had the vision multiple times before but I always thought it was because of the computer at work.
Silent migraines are my primary form of migraines, of which I usually get a group of two or three in a week every two months. Although sometimes I'll get them every seven days for eight plus weeks at a time. I feel so unwell and drained by the end of it. It usually takes me a couple of days to recover from a migraine. Bleh.

Hope you never have to experience it again!

Ladies and gentlemen of the forum, can you help me? I'm looking for a Red Riding Hood-esque movie with this description, from the 90s. Does anyone recognize it?

I can't really take breaks from my computer as it's 100% of the job. But I'm going to pick up some magnesium supplements in the way into work today!

I had another one coming on last night. I went straight to bed but it took me ages to fall asleep because my head was killing.

I'd suggest seeing your GP considering you've never had them before.

Next 4 days are going to be stressful. Panto performances start tomorrow - had first full non-stop run through today with costumes, make-up, and props. Not sure who was more knackered, us techies or the performers.

    There's that too lol.

I'm thinking I am so not looking forward to dyeing my hair :-( I love the blue but my mom says I need to be a "responsible adult." And unfortunately it is true that I will probably find a better job with normal hair
