Its a rubbish Popemobile - the pope mobile in family guy was much better lol. On another note my backpack was off to see the Pope today, i lent it to my neighbour. Im going to have to leave some porn in it overnight to un-sanctify it lol

The pope gets invited to the UK, while people like Michael Savage remain banned, entertaining to say the least.

I dont know who he is but if he just annexes off part of a city and gets someone to declare it an independant state then we'll invite him lickity split.
Off course whilst her as a "head of state" he'll not do anytihng un-head of state like, such as leading religious services, will he.

I wonder if we'd pay for a Muslim leader to come over, or a Hindu or Sikh leader (Not sure if they have a Pope equivalent) or is this because we're apparently a 'Christian country'...? I wish people who are basically Athiests would stop ticking CofE or Christian on forms and stuff... Tis very misleading.

Not all atheists are like that, it's the extremists of any religion, or lack thereof, that ruin the party for everyone. People were reluctant to pay for his visit because of the whole priests touching children thing and the general misguided morals and hatred against homosexual people that surround the Vatican and the pope. I don't agree with the Pope's ideas and morals and have no problem with him being here but don't really feel my taxes should fund his weekend away.

I was peeed off becasue he was invited as head of state, not as head of areligious organisation yet whilst here he acts as that head of religiohn - he should have been out with the Queen, in Parliment and doing the whole meeting and greeting of school children whilst talking about ties between his country and hours and all the usual diplomatic guff - instead he takes Mass, blames the woes of the world on atheists gays and women, insults the country and then bugger off home. All without aiding in the investigation into peadophiles that the church helped hide. Nice man

I agree with every single word above. Utterly pointless and a complete waste of our money.
