    Go to your piercer and get it changed to the right jewellery? That might help :P Titanium and bioplast are the best materials to use. Though I'm not much help about what to do with the bumps, I usually go with SSS and (a lot) of patience, and sometimes a bit of tea tree oil, but that bump doesn't look like it would react well to the tea tree. Keep with the soaks, and if that doesn't help maybe try some sort of antiseptic with it? If you think it's poppable (filled with liquid) maybe try popping it with a sterile needle (or something sharp) and then soak and see if that helps. I do tend to pop (or try to pop) bumps on my piercings and sometimes it does help make them shrink/go.

    I agree ^^^^. If the bumps look popable, perhaps pop one and see what happens!!!
