just throwing it out there... Isa Moskowitz writes THE BEST vegan (and good for vegetarians too) cookbooks. I have them all, Vegan With a Vengeance, Veganomicon, Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar, and Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World are amazing. It literally made becoming vegan ridiculously easy and there are so many actually good recipes in them unlike 99% of crappy vegetarian/vegan cookbooks.

hey, stay young, and invincible, because we know just who we are

Made really nice butternut squash and sweet potato risotto tonight. Was yummy, think it was vegan too (unlike me cos I usually whack cheese in everything)

Couldn't say it better myself. She's SO awesome. Her book made going vegan a ridiculously easy transition for me.

I've been veggie for 18 years. I also steer clear of leather and various other animal/meat by-products. I suffered terribly with anaemia over the years but now I have a better diet, good balance of vitamin supplements and have also discovered Feraglobin capsules to top up my iron.
    Labret, Nostril, 6 x Lobes, 3 x Helix (2 X stretching), Tragus, Daith & Inner Conch
