Year old navel piercing - spontaneous bleeding

Hey guys,
I just lightly touched my lower navel piercing and it started bleeding a little.
Nothing profuse, just a little blood.
It's about a year old and has no signs of infection like swelling or discharge or anything of the sort... I'm a bit worried.
I changed the jewelry in it a week ago to a barbell that had been in my upper navel piercing (got my piercer friend to sterilize it for me), so I doubt it could be the metal.
Any ideas? A little freaked out...

Could be that the piercing wasn't quite ready to be changed and you snagged the hole a little. I wouldn't worry too much just give it a sea salt soak to clean away the blood and leave it alone for another month or so!

Yes it definitely sounds like you may have slightly scratched the inside of your piercing.. I wouldn't worry to much.
