Kids v No Kids

I'd love kids someday. TBH theoretically I'd have kids now, but realistically its just not viable. I'd like to be financially stable to a point where I could spend the first few years at least at home with my child but tbh that seems like a bit of a fantasy

I don't want kids and I really hope I never do. I don't like babies or children - I find them annoying and don't think they're cute. I couldn't stay at home and not work - I'd be bored out of my mind, and it's not fair to put them in a nursery. I want to spend my money how I want not chuck it away on children, I want to enjoy my holidays, go out when I want etc. And if not for any of that, I think depression etc is partly genetic and I wouldn't want to bring anyone into the world to go through what I've been through.

I agree with this mostly, but sometimes I think kids are cute. That doesn't mean I want any.

My life would be ruined if I had kids, and that's why I'm not having any. I want to live my life for me and only me.

I don't like sex, I don't like kids, and pregnancy/pregnant women scare me, so I don't see myself having kids any time soon, or ever!

I recognise that I am far too selfish to have a child, & yes I am only 20 but I can't see this changing any time soon. I look out for myself & I plan my life to suit me, kids don't come into it. I am career motivated. Not to say that you can't do both.

I don't believe anyone needs to reproduce in this day and age, we aren't trying to repopulate the world, so I don't see the point in bringing a child into the world when I just don't want to. So many people have kids when they shouldn't be already & I for one am not going to add to that.

I'm a loner & possibly a bit of a nihilist, but hey, at least I know this!
