    Exclamation Daith piercing

Hi I'm a 18 year old girl and I really want to get a daith piercing... But the problem is my mum is really strict and doesn't want me getting it. So I would like to know if it is possible to hide the piercing...
And what are some other ear piercings that you can successfully hide?
And one last question, is the daith piercing really that painful?

    Thanks heaps

most ear piercings are easy to hide as long as you have the hair for the matter and i wouldnt know about the pain but i wouldnt think it would be that bad ear piercings generally arent

if you get a bar put in, it's pretty discreet (:

Like she says! Look I'm old enough to be your mum and I recently had to face my mum after having my nose pierced ... she just glared hard at me and then said nothing. If it's what you want you've just gotta brazen it out

If you don't live with your mum then just go and get it done but if you live with your mum you would really either have to hide it, persuade her, or respect her wishes. As you say your mum is strict I expect you won't be able to talk to her, and I assume you've already tried this. A bar would be least visible and perhaps if you talk to your piercer he/she may be able to pierce you with a clear bioplast (or similar) bar which will be hardly noticable. Good luck.

Your 18! You should be able to make your own choice now.
I am 24 and my mom dislikes my piercings and tells me not to get more, but really I am an adult and make my own choices.

I had my daith pierced...it did hurt a little bit,but only for a second while the needle went through! It is a super cute piercing!! I miss mine. You totally should get it done.
    HAS: tongue,lip,vertical labret,VCH,septum & 0g lobes
    Retired: daith,anti-tragus,helix,both nipples & labret
