I found putting in bcrs was fairly irritating, they provide lots and lots more torque on the pierce when they move at all and there was no way i could lay down on that side.
Both sides took a good 4 months to fix totally, i found ptfe bars helped loads.

Just don't expect to sleep on a pierced conch for literally months. Ace piercing though.

I was going to say change your labret stud to a barbell as i had the same problem.
My conch was so sore and getting irritated and as soon as i changed it to a barbell it sorted it because it doesnt have a flat back which will constantly want to lay flat against your ear making it want to dig on the inside
Hope it sorts itself out for you

I wear a labret stud in mine too. Had problems sleeping for about 2/3months. Got it changed to a smaller stud after about 4months. I think it looks ace now! lol

So be patient, it'll be worth it in the end!

It looks ok! a small barbell would be nice too, not wure how practical that is though =) A ring is a bad idea.

When I had my Auricle peirced, I knocked it when towel drying my hair about a week afterwards, It felt like I tore it out heheh. After about 2/3 months it was showing no sign of settling down or healing nicely. I could have waited a bit longer but I kinda went off it so I removed it completely.
