    Default Pimp my boobs.

    So, I have manboobs.

    Ergh.

    I have in my house a set of 15kg dumbells, a set of running gear and viable gear (drum stool and cushions) for sit-ups. How best to go about losing the excess flab and toning the boobs into unboobs?
    If animals weren't meant to be eaten then they wouldn't be made of food.

    I have the same problem, would love to get rid of them seeing as I have now 'decorated ' them too. Will be taking advice you receive too.

    go running about 10 miles a week should be an ok start, just do like 2 or 3 miles every other day. Then increase it as you get more confortable (should take afew months) sit ups every night, then start benching to tone your pecks.

    Cardio, you want to burn fat so having a calorie deficit (eating less than you burn) is the way you need to go.

    PIERCINGS....2.5mm Septum..1.6mm vertical nipples, 6mm Tongue ,1.6 mm Labret, 1.6 mm Tragus,2.4mm Conch, 1.6 m Helix, 1.6mm Lobe x 2 , 3mm Lobe, 12mm Stretched lobes x 2.

    I've taken up jogging with my girlfriend, twice a week. Other than that, I've cut maybe 500 odd calories out of a day's intake (which averages between 2100-2500 for me). I'm not skimping on food or nothin', just eating stuff that isn't quite so bad for me.

    Are there any excersises I can do with the dumbells to tone the muscle beneath the flab up, whilst I shed dem pounds?

    one thing you can do is run with the dumbells in your hands, that's what i used to do. Another alternative is go to a track and run with a small parachute attached to your back, some people run my old club used to do that...or just do do the normal exercises with your dumbels like bicep curls etc.

    Hmm, I don't think running with them would be a good idea... They're 15kg each, odd! Erk! Maybe I should get some smaller ones.
