    I don't think they do 13mm, but I know they do 1/4" (6mm), 5/16" (8mm?)and 3/8" (~10mm)

Some nipples might fit them, but getting them in would be a right pain, it felt weird getting one into my conch yesterday!!

they would be sturdy enough but they would likely overly irritate you getting them in appears to be the general consensus.

you might be able to get in contact with kaos and have them make you a longer set of them especially for your nipples
they are sooooo comfy in stretched lobes you forget they are there tho
i wouldnt buy any other silicone plugs other than kaos btw because i have had a fiew of cheaper sets from places like plug your holes and they were all like a hard rubber and kaos was soo squishy i didnt even think it would keep my lobes open
piercings: 4 lobies at 20mm and septum at 1.6mm and inverse naval at 1.6mm

    wish list:
    25mm lobes
    0g septtum
    11mm conches

''At this time that is not an option, due to the fact that these products are made from a mold. Custom sizes would require making single-use molds, which is extremely expensive. Custom colors are not possible because it's very time consuming to mix new colors, and you'd have to buy ALL the eyelets made in that color.''

More likely that they just didn't know how silicone plugs were manufactured or the costs involved. It's not exactly unreasonable or unheard of to suggest custom work for the majority of companies. Silicone is pretty much the only thing that can't be customised easily - it's not like everyone knows that.
