The more I think about it, the more I'm itching to stretch to 8mm. I'm fairly sure my ears have self stretched to 7mm, so it won't take too long. Luckily, I finally have a job so I'll be able to buy gorgeous plugs!
    Current
Ears: Left forward and standard helix, left tragus, left daith. Right rook, right double inner conch. 1g and 14g lobes.
Face: Right nostril, septum, vertical labret.
Other: Tongue, standard and inverse navel, left and right nipple.

they felt really sore yesterday, so I downsized to 1mm. Should I feel any soreness at all after stretching? crikey - if I'm struggling at this gauge, I'll never get to 5mm!!!

Do you wear earrings on a daily basis anyway? If not, you'll probably have to get your ears used to that first! Or if you used externally threaded jewellery then that may have slightly scraped/scratched your ear as it went through and caused the soreness.

Just got these plugs in turquoise and they're soooo pretty! First time I've ever bought jewelry that looked better in real life than the picture online. And they're cheap so I highly recommend them!

Oh wow, I'm quite tempted by the turquoise or green ones!!!

I think I have a blow out in my left lobe, the one I recently stretched to 10mm :( so I've downsized it back to 9mm and it feels better already. I had slight discomfort and soreness when I put the 10mm tunnel in but it went away pretty soon, but today I randomly took it out and couldn't get it back in, after 10 mins of trying to force it, I looked in the mirror to see a blood red line all around the inside of the hole and my lobe had swollen up. Luckily 9mm went back in super smoothly! Got to baby both my lobes now as my right lobe is throwing a right tantrum, currently wearing my tunnel with no o rings as the skin around my lobe has gone all weird and sensitive :S.
Thank god my lip piercings, tongue piercings and nape have stopped playing up but there's always something lol.

Ahem, mystery solved. My 2.4mm colourfronts would seem to be 2mm. So that's ok then.
what's a few seconds of pain for a lifetime of shiny?

    Both lobes 1/2", 5mm, 1.6mm
Left rook & 5mm helix punch
Right helix x2 & forward helix
    VCH, 5mm tongue
