@ff: Would be rare for someone not to be able to get a "helix" piercing. After all it's just a piercing in the upper ear close to the rim. Unless you don't have that part of your ear then you're likely to be suitable.
    Piercings: 6 lobes, 2 12mm stretched lobes, 4 helices, 3 tragus, daith, 2 nostril, 2.4mm VCH, 2.4mm daith
    Modifications: 5mm septum punch,
coinslot ear cartilage removal, 5mm conch punch
Cosmetic Modifications: Scar removal x7, semi permanent eyebrows, semi permanent eyeliner, semi permanent lipstick, lip dermal filler, botox
Retired Piercings: 3 nipple, tongue, 4 philtrum, 4 eyebrow, 2 outer labia, VCH, 1 lobe, rook, nostril, 3 nape MDs, 2 wrist MDs, septum, 3 upper conch, conch, 5 helices
    Tattoos: 91 hours

Like Hazel said, most people can get a helix piercing since it's in a part of the ear lets say.. everyone has. (maybe a few exceptions. I don't know.) However if you have really thin ears then it might be a problem. (My boyfriend actually has that XD just a little bit of extra weight and his ears will easily fold.) But even that is very uncommon.

    Bumping this old thread.

This is kind of lame but I photoshopped the remaining piercings that I'm considering onto my right ear.

I currently have my daith, 3 lobes and 2 helixes (the outer ones in the photo).

I'm hoping to get a triple forward helix later today.
And a third helix to be made into a triangle and a snug (or maybe a conch - haven't decided) in the future.

What do you guys think? Too cluttered for your tastes?

    Please ignore the crappy photoshop

    Current -
    Left ear: Triple Lobes
Right ear: Triple Lobes, Double Helix, Daith, Double Forward Helix
    Other: Nipples, Septum, VCH

    Want -

    Retired -

The photoshop pics actually had me fooled that they were real. I like them, and would get them if I was brave enough

Horizontal eyebrow would be interesting but would your glasses irritate it?

Is a medusa a philtrum? I forget names.

I don't wear glasses permanently. Was thinking of it just above my eyebrow. Medusa/philturm same thing isn't it? I'd love it but worried it'd just irritate my gums teeth
