Question Would a heart Daith suit me?

I really want to get a heart Daith piercing, but I don't know if my ear's anatomy would allow for it. :(

Here is a picture of my ear, please don't mind the dry skin on some areas. Do you think I might be lucky enough that my ear allows for a heart Daith?

I also need to change my tragus jewellery, as the bar is too long, but I want something good quality, and still haven't decided what exactly.

Your ear is fine for a daith, I don't know the size of the heart you'd want though so it's better to speak to a piercer first.

    Modifications: 5mm septum punch,
coinslot ear cartilage removal, 5mm conch punch
Cosmetic Modifications: Scar removal x7, semi permanent eyebrows, semi permanent eyeliner, semi permanent lipstick, lip dermal filler, botox
Retired Piercings: 3 nipple, tongue, 4 philtrum, 4 eyebrow, 2 outer labia, VCH, 1 lobe, rook, nostril, 3 nape MDs, 2 wrist MDs, septum, 3 upper conch, conch, 5 helices

Thank you ever so much for replying!

I will certainly talk to a piercer about it, but I don't have any that close to where I live, so the next time I go to one will probably to get my left nostril pierced, and will be able to enquire about the Daith, and about having a custom jewellery ordered for it from BVLA.

EDIT: I forgot to say I don't mind about the size that much, I want something dainty, but not tiny, if possible. Definitely nothing too large, if I can avoid.

I was wondering whether a septum would suit me? I especially want a seam ring as I feel like they look a lot more dainty. Somehing along the lines of this: http://65.media.tumblr.com/887c29dfb...krxo1_1280.jpg

I say standard helices would suit your upper ear better.

How about a slightly stretched septum (2 rings) double nostril (one on each side) with double high nostril (each side) Would that be overcrowded? Also have monroe and one directly below it under bottom lip. Would there be issues with blowing nose?
