    666, spinning is great- absolutely knackering and after my first session I could feel the burn in my legs for about a week, ahah.
    I'm signing up for pole dancing soon which should be fun.

    Dancing is surprisingly good....Although I get on the Exercise bike with angry music and that tends to do the job....

    i find it all depends on who is taking the class!

    ive been to some that arnt that intense. one of the other classes however was far too much, it wasnt an acheing pain you got from it, it was an uncomfortable painful feeling, not even the next day even, an hour at the most.

    the ones that arnt as intense i prefer, i can put in more effort in those, i dont feel forced into doing too much, and the instructors are actually nice, unlike the evil instructor who glares at you for getting a drink

    3 x helix (1.6mm, 8mm), rook, snug, 2 x tragus (1.2mm, 4mm), 2 x daith, anti tragus, 2 x 16mm lobes, 6mm conch punch, 8mm helix punch

    double nostrils, philtrum, double septum (2mm, 10mm)

    3.2mm + 2.4mm navel, 2 x horizontal nipple, R vertical 2.4mm nipple, 2 x inner labia

    want:6mm tragus
