Oh, I was the same! I kept telling my boyfriend to just go straight home, the journey was long enough without stopping for me to get pierced! It's a great feeling afterwards though, isn't it? I don't know about you, but I felt a bit like I'd accomplished something. =)

I've had a slow puncture since summer but I've put off having it fixed as puncture repairs are pretty expensive! So I've just pumped it up ever couple of weeks instead. Now with all the ice on the roads I've given in as low pressure gives you hardly any grip anyway guy comes out and starts harking on about valves and leaks and I'm just like 'oh no there's more too it, this is gonna cost loads' for him to say 'that's £3.99'
    Woohoo!

Have i gone mad? Im afraid so. You're entirely bonkers. But i'll tell you a secret. All the best people are.

    Seeing my mum

I feel better, I don't feel amazing, but I do feel better
You sort of start thinking anything's possible if you've got enough nerve.

    thank you

It was exactly what I needed tbh - just seeing a friendly face somehow made everything more bearable.
