    2) Maybelline Liner Express FTW! I use it on my eyes and my brows, and it lasts aaaages....I can usually sleep for a good couple of nights and still have my brows on, or most of them....before that I used one from The Body Shop which was more expensive and after one night in bed it would be EVERYWHERE. This is how I judge a good eyeliner anyway, how good it is for my eyebrows!

Yeah that site is amazing, I found it through hair initially, although I've never received my email confirmation so never been able to post :(

Oh....and I've been thinking of experimenting with some really bright yellow eyeshadow....anyone used it? I imagine it would be quite difficult to get good coverage, MAC may be in order I reckon!

We should blatantly post pics of different make-up styles as well
i have a barry m one which is a nice colour but i think mac would probably give better coverage and last longer!

Oh my lord! I wanna learn how to do it like that! I keep meaning to have practice make-up sessions on my day off, but mostly I end up in my dressing gown all day and it's a miracle if I even bother putting any eyebrows on

Hmmm I may try Barry M first, purely because I think I might be too pale to pull it off well....then if I like it I can always invest in MAC later

Hehe I love Xenia (Limecrime), she is amazing!
Barry M only stayed put for me if i applied it wet, so i'd try that if i were you

    All that shines,
    Turns to rust.
    All that stands, in time
    Turns to dust.

I normally use two brushes, a fairly standard shaped one that's kind of flat and rounded, for most of the base colour [or, if I'm blending two colours say pink and blue, for the lighter shade which I put on the inner half] and then an angled one for the outer bits, creating different shapes etc. If that makes any kind of sense

lol yeah i get what you mean, so do you suggest putting the lighter shades on first and then the dark and blending them?

oh and is using a primer before adding colour a good idea?

Yeah I've only had it a couple of months and I'm still getting used to it....mine was from Gosh and I think it was only about 7.

Yeah, depending on how different the colours are you may need to leave a bit of a gap and then blend together rather than applying a whole coat in the lighter shade.

    I swear by primer.... http://www1.macys.com/catalog/produc...tegoryID=30531
